Thursday, Oct 24th, 2024 - New Employee Role Permission Now Available

We're excited to share that SchedCheck has introduced a new Employee Role permission, available now on both our web platform and mobile app! This update gives you more control over how roles interact with sensitive employee functions.

What's New?

  • Better Role Management: Employee roles with permission to view the full list of employees will no longer have the authority to terminate other employees by default.
  • Improved Flexibility: You now have more granular control over which roles can perform termination actions, helping maintain a secure and efficient organizational structure.

We understand that managing team permissions can be challenging, especially when balancing transparency with security. This new feature ensures that only the appropriate roles have access to critical functions, minimizing the risk of unauthorized actions.

What You Need to Do

Monday, Jul 1st, 2024 - Scheduled Hours Now Visible

We're happy to introduce a new feature to SchedCheck. You can now see your scheduled hours for the week, in addition to your clocked hours. This update is designed to help you better manage your time and plan your week.

Check out the "My Hours" section on your dashboard to see this new feature in action.

Tuesday, Jan 15th, 2024 - Last Day Worked

We were asked to make the "last day worked" entry optional when terminating an employee. It is now optional, if you choose not to provide a date it will not show in the employees profile either.

Thursday, Jun 8rd, 2023 - Get Ready For SchedCheck's New Feature!

We’re excited to introduce a new way of managing employee availability requests with SchedCheck! This will only apply to you if you have permission to approve or deny availability requests. In order to make sure you don’t miss anything important, we’ve added an option to your settings to receive weekly email reminders.

These emails will start happening within 48 hours, so please take the time to go over your account settings and make sure everything is set up correctly. With this new feature, you can ensure that all employees get the shifts they need.
